Ms. Sonia Thakur, A.P.P. for the respondent no.1/State Ms. Medha R. Negi, Advocate for respondent no.2 CORAM : G. A. SANAP, J.

DATE : DECEMBER 16, 2024.

1.

Heard the applicant appearing in-person. Perused the record and proceedings.

2.

By this application, the applicant is seeking permission for audio-video recording of the Court proceedings and providing a copy of the same to her. 3.

I have perused the grounds in support of the application. No ground has been stated in the application to justify such a prayer. Similarly, the Court proceedings cannot be permitted to be recorded even at the request of the litigant. The prayer, therefore, appears to be without substance. The application (APPP No. 2051/24) is accordingly rejected.

Criminal Application (APL) No. 840/2024 Two weeks time is granted as a last chance for filing reply to the respondent no.2. If the reply is not filed within

2 25 appp2051.24.odt two weeks, then respondent no.2 shall pay the costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only).
