The applicant has moved an application for condonation of delay and restoration of the application bearing No.487/2024.

It appears that the original application was dismissed as the copy was not supplied to the Office within the prescribed time.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant is ready to submit a copy of the original application forthwith; therefore, he has prayed for restoration of the application.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay and restore the application to its original position.

Accordingly, applications are allowed as prayed, and the original Application is restored to its original position.
