By this application, applicant No. 1 states that during the pendency of the application, applicant No.2 Manish expired on 15/03/2024. Therefore, he has prayed that the proceedings against him be abated. He has produced the Death Certificate of Manish on record to substantiate this. 2.

In view of the above, applicant No. 1 is directed to delete the name of Applicant No. 2 from

2 939-APL-869-2016.odt the title clause of a main application and take the appropriate steps before the concerned Court to abate the proceedings against the deceased Applicant No.2.

In the wake of the above, the application No. 2140/2024 is disposed of.
