This is an application for relaxation of condition and issue direction to the investigating officer to release the passport of the applicant which has been surrendered by him with the non-applicant.

Learned APP filed reply and submitted that the passport is already forwarded to the passport authority for further action i.e. for the impounding of the same. The passports are already forwarded to the Passport Office as the validity of the same is expired.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the applicant to approach the Passport Office for obtaining and for renewal of the said passport. 5.

With this direction, the application is disposed of.
