The application is for grant of temporary bail.

Initially, the Criminal Application (BA) No.454/2024 was filed by the applicant wherein by passing order on 08.10.2024 this Court released the applicant on temporary bail for period of six weeks to undergo the heart surgery.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that after releasing him on bail, the applicant approached to the concerned Hospital i.e. Gajanan Heart Hospital at Jalgaon and some tests were conducted. However, the medical practitioner from the said hospital asked the applicant to furnish the earlier medical papers. The earlier medical reports are filed by the applicant before the Court

(2) 71.ba.454.2024 and some medical reports are with the Superintendent of District Prison, Buldhana. The applicant has also preferred an application before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shegaon for returning the original medical reports to the present applicant, however, no order was passed on that application. 4.

In view of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the applicant, call the report from the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class within a period of one week.

Stand over after one week.
