After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application with liberty to approach the trial Court by filing the discharge application. 2.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to prefer an Application for discharge before the trial Court. If such an Application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
