P.C.:- 1) Learned Special P.P. submitted that, the Competent Authority of Government of India, has accorded sanction under Section 19 of the P.C. Act to prosecute the Applicant, by its sanction Order dated 26th June, 2024 and in view thereof, the Investigating Agency will file charge-sheet approximately within a period of one month from today, before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

2) In view of the above, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to avail alternate remedy before the trial Court, if the investigating agency submits charge-sheet against the Applicant.

Leave and liberty granted.
