P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties on instructions submitted that, the parties herein may be referred for mediation as the dispute herein is arising due to matrimonial discord, basically between the Petitioner No.1, husband and Respondent No.2 wife. 2) In view thereof, we direct the Secretary, Main Mediation Center, High Court, Mumbai to appoint a Mediator preferably a Judicial Magistrate First Class at Solapur for mediation between the Petitioners and Respondent No.2. The name of Mediator and place of mediation be informed to the Petitioners, Respondent No.2 and their respective Advocates.
