Both the learned counsel for the Applicants and the contesting party jointly make a statement that the parties are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. Therefore, both the parties either personally or through their representatives shall attend the Mediation Centre of this court on 12th November 2024. The Officer in charge of the Mediation Cenre shall appoint a suitable mediator to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties through mediation. 2.
