At the request of learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, stand over to 10th June, 2024.

This Court is informed by learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 that the arrears of maintenance is around Rs.11,25,000/- out of which only sum of Rs.1,25,000/- has been paid. This is sought to be disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner claiming that a sum of Rs.95,000/- has been paid subsequently. Even if payment of said amount is accepted, there is still arrears of maintenance which is required to be paid.
