P.C.:- 1) Mr. Gole, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions submitted that, after completing the investigation of present crime, the Investigating Officer has filed 'B-Summary Report' in the Court of 51st Metropolitan Magistrate, Kurla, Mumbai. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of communication dated 24th August 2024 addressed to the Applicant by the Police Inspector attached to Sion Police Station, Mumbai, in that behalf.

1.1) In view thereof, present Application for quashing of M.E.C.R. No. 1 of 2022 registered with Sion Police Station, Mumbai, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
