By the present Petition, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive reliefs in terms of prayer clause (C),which read as under:- "C] The First Information Report upon the basis of which Crime No.086 of 2024 registered at, Kolsewadi Police Station, Dist:- thane, against the applicant for the offence punishable u/s 295-A be quashed in the interest of Justice."

Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, Mr. Shriram Padwal, Kolsewadi Police Station, District Thane, states that upon mentioning A-summary Report was submitted to the Magistrate on 05th May 2025, which report has been accepted by the Magistrate on 27th November 2025.
