Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

The grievance of the applicant, who is the original accused before the trial Court facing prosecution for the offences punishable under Sections 170, 177, 379, 392, 447, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code is that the trial Court dis-allowed a question asked by his Counsel to the prosecution witnesses by contending that the same would not amount to omission.
