P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 19th August 2024, the Applicants have deposited the said cost of Rs. 2,00,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period. 1.1) A praecipe dated 11th September 2024 alongwith a photocopy of the bank transaction receipt through electronic mode and the statement of account of Applicants indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record. 2) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 19th August 2024, the Respondent No. 2 has 1/2
