According to the learned advocate for the applicant, the accused has breached the conditions of the order dated 19 October 2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Kurundwad, District Kolhapur. In that case, applicant's remedy is to approach the same Court and point this out. If such application is filed, the Magistrate shall decide it on its own merits. 2.
