Pune dated 09.07.2023 under section 306 of I.P.C. may please kindly be quash and set aside and for that purpose appropriate orders may kindly be passed." 2.

The Sessions Court, Shirur to make an endeavour to expedite the disposal of Sessions Case No,.703 of 2024, subject to pending matters, prior in point of time & the matters that have been expedited.
