The learned Counsel for the parties submit that, the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and Consent Terms have been filed before the learned Magistrate. However, the Consent Terms could not be accepted as this Court has granted interim relief in these matters.

The learned Counsel for the applicant in Application No.306 of 2024 and the petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition No.5580 of 2025 submit that, in view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, nothing survives in the respective application and petition.
