By this application, the applicants seek quashing of the FIR bearing C.R. No.118 of 2024, registered with the Charkop Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Sections 43(a), (b) and (g), Sections 66, 66B, 66C, 72 and 72A of the Information Technology Act. Today, Mr. Nakhwa, learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that the police would be filing an 'A' Summary Report in the said case within one week from today. Statement accepted. 4.
