Respondent No.2 who is father of the victim of the accident who is a minor shall permit examination of the victim by the Government Medical Officer to check whether there is permanent damage to the victim because of this accident. The Investigating Officer shall co-ordinate with Respondent No.2 and the Government Medical Officer. The report of the Government Medical Officer shall be filed before this court on or before the next date.
