After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He submitted that the Applicant No.2 has passed away. He seeks permission to withdraw this Application as far as the Applicant No.1 is concerned with liberty to prefer an Application for discharge.
