The Applicants are challenging FIR dated 8th January, 2024 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station for offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that the Applicants are husband and wife. The Applicant No.2 is the homemaker. The Applicants are partners of Pariza Developer. There by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date: 2024.04.02 16:58:41 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE is dispute between the Respondent No.2 and her siblings. The partnership firm of the Applicants is the bona fide purchases of portion of one of the property. The complainant is disputing the Sunny Thote

Learned APP submitted that the Accused were aware that the document is under dispute. The complainant is the co-owner of the property.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 25th April, 2024.

In the meantime, no coercive action be initiated against the Applicants qua the FIR.
