Mr.Aditya A. Joshi - Advocate for Respondent No.2 in Criminal Application No.345 of 2024. ***** CORAM : SARANG V. KOTWAL & S.M.MODAK, JJ.
DATE : 22nd APRIL 2025 P.C. :
1.
Pursuant to our earlier directions dated 16th April Satish Sangar
1-WP-6111-2024+APL-345-2024.odt 2025, the learned APP has filed Affidavits of the two Investigating Officers who have continued the investigation even after 10th April 2024.
2.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. However, at this stage, it is necessary to consider the stand of the Investigating Agencies in respect of the handwriting expert's opinion which they have sought, and also the submissions made by Shri.Chandrachud in respect of the passport entries of the informant which indicate that the informant may not be in India when the documents which are subject matter of this investigation, were purportedly executed. 3.
We direct the learned APP to answer these aspects on the next occasion. Considering the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we are keeping this matter on 25th April 2025. To be listed "First on Board".
4.
Ad-interim order, granted earlier, to continue till then.
(S.M.MODAK, J.) (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Satish Sangar
