23-APL-345-24.odt since the parties involved are brothers and sisters and the subsequent purchasers of some of the properties. 2.

Considering this situation, we are inclined to refer the matter for mediation. Hence, the following order: :: O R D E R ::

i.

The parties, either personally or through their representatives, shall approach the Mediation Center of this Court on 24.10.2024 at 11.00 a.m..

ii.

The Officer in charge of the Mediation Center shall appoint a suitable Mediator from their Panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties.

iii.

Stand over to 19.12.2024. Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till then.
