DATE : 8th AUGUST, 2025 P.C.:- 1) Mr. Satpute, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.Chavan, Police Inspector submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and charge-sheet is ready to be filed. However, in view of the restraining Order dated 3rd April, 2024, the charge-sheet could not be filed till today. He submitted that, if permission is granted by this Court, the Investigating Officer will file it within a period of one week from today before the Court of competent jurisdiction. The said statement is accepted. 2) In view thereof, we vacate the ad-interim relief granted by 1/2

KVM 14 - APL 350-2024.doc Order dated 3rd April, 2024 with immediate effect. 3) As the Police are filing charge-sheet within a period of one week from today, in view of the ratio of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Iqbal alias Bala & Ors. vs. State of U.P. & Ors., reported in 2023 SCC OnLine SC 953, learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court.
