Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant had filed a discharge application before the Trial Court. It was rejected. He had challenged that order in the Sessions Court. That revision application was also dismissed. He submitted that, in such a situation, permission may be granted to him to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the orders passed by the Trial Court and the Revisional Court.
