P.C.:- 1) Praecipe of today's date is moved by the learned counsel for the Applicants for 'Speaking to the Minutes' of the order dated 15th October 2024. Considering the urgency, the matter is taken on production board.

2) According to the learned counsel for the Applicants, in paragraph 1 of the said order, wherever the word 'Green Card' is mentioned, it be replaced with the words 'L-1 work visa', as he had inadvertently mentioned 'Green Card'.

Shivgan 501-apl-1476-2023.doc 3) Considering that the said correction will not make any difference to the order and it is only an inadvertent mistake, request of the learned counsel for the Applicants is accepted. 4) Accordingly, in the first paragraph of the order dated 15th October 2024, wherever the word 'Green Card' is mentioned, it be replaced with the word 'L-1 Work Visa'.

5) Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

6) Corrected order be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.

7) Praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.
