P.C.:- 1) Issue notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 9th July 2024. 2) Advocate for the Applicants is directed to supply spare copy of the Petition in the Registry within one week from today failing which the Petition shall stand disposed off without further reference to this Court. 3) Learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that the allegations in the entire FIR are against Mahendra Shah and Shailesh Shah of accepting the deposits on behalf of the Company and the allegations against the Applicants are of general and vague in nature. Prima facie, we find substance in the said contention.

4) In view thereof, till the returnable date investigation of the crime to continue, however the Investigating Agency shall not file charge sheet without prior leave of this Court.
