The applicants are arraigned as accused in the FIR lodged by respondent No.2 on 23.2.2024 with Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station, Pune City vide C.R. No.164 of 2024 for ofence under Section 306 read with 34 of the IPC. 3.

The applicants are brothers. The deceased was cousin of the applicants. There is property dispute between the parties. The FIR lodged by the wife of the deceased indicates that the deceased was in disturbed state of mind.

Issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 18.6.2024.
