Ltd., whose name has been used in the present crime, has not been recorded by the Investigating Officer. According to us, it is the said Insurance Co. Ltd. whose reputation is at stake due to the alleged act committed by the Applicants. 2) In view thereof, we direct the Deputy Commissioner of Police having territorial jurisdiction over Andheri Police Station, Mumbai to record statement of the General Manager of Axa Insurance Co. Ltd. and to produce it before this Court on or before the next date. 1/2
