Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. 2) After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to Respondent No.3, returnable on 29th July 2024.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicants is directed to supply spare copies of the Application in the Registry within a period of one week from today, failing which the Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
