Heard learned Counsel for the accused.

These applications essentially challenge an order of the Additional Sessions Judge dated 8th February 2024 by which five orders passed in C.C. No. 105/SC/2023, C.C. No.106/SC/2023,

11to13-497-2024-APL-C=.doc C.C. No.107/SC/2023, C.C.No. 108/SC/2023 and C.C. No. 302/SC/2023 are quashed and set aside inter alia directing the accused / applicant to pay 20% interim compensation to the complainant.

The Additional Sessions Judge should not have entertained the revision since the impugned orders passed by the Magistrate were interlocutory orders.

The trial Court is directed to decide and dispose of all the complaints which, I am told, are at the verge of conclusion, within four weeks from today.

In case, the Magistrate is unable to dispose of all the complaints within the period of four weeks, he shall decide the applications under Section 143A of the N.I. Act within 3 weeks from the passing of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
