P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for Applicant on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of directions issued by Order dated 9th July 2024, Applicant has deposited the said cost of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund within stipulated period. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of a praecipe dated 30th July 2024 along with a photocopy of pay-in-slip issued by Axis Bank to that effect.

2) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, his client has also complied with the directions issued in paragraph No.7 of Order dated 9th July 2024 and has deposited the said cost of Rs.25,000/- with the concerned Authority within stipulated period. A praecipe dated 30th July 2024 along with photocopy of pay-in-slip issued by Axis Bank, Churchgate Branch to that effect is produced on record. 1/2
