DATE : 17th JULY, 2025 P.C.:- 1) Record prima facie indicates that the statement of most important witness i.e. Notary Mr. R.M.Tiwari is not annexed to the chargesheet which is placed on record. We therefore direct the Investigating Officer to file a detailed reply to Application, placing on record the fact whether the statement of the said witness was infact recorded or not? If the statement is not recorded till the filing of the charge-sheet, why it was not recorded?

1.1) The said Affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

2) Stand over to 7th August, 2025.
