By the aforesaid Criminal Application No.530 of 2024, the applicant seeks quashing and setting aside of the FIR bearing C.R. No. 138 of 2024 registered with the Taloja Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Addl.P.P. on instructions states that the police will be filing a 169 report qua the applicant. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Addl.P.P., on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this application. The application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

Needless to state, that it is now open for the applicant to adopt appropriate remedy for release of the vehicle before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

In view of the disposal of Criminal Application No.530 of 2024, nothing survives for consideration in Interim Application being Interim Application No.3187 of 2024. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
