Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Two applications each filed by the complainant and the original accused pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, namely for withdrawal of 20% amount deposited by the original accused and others, opposing the same. 3.

Learned Counsel are ad idem to issue directions to the

As such, the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi is directed to decide and dispose of both the applications as expeditiously as possible and in any case on 29th July 2024, without granting any further adjournment.

Learned lower Appellate Court shall also proceed to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

In view of the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
