There are several Complaints pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class - Cantonment. They are assigned to various Magistrate Courts. Those Complaints were filed for the offence under Section 630 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Respondent Nos.2 to 14 are the Accused in those Complaints. These cases are pending for trial since 2009. When inquired, learned Advocate submitted that roznama of 2022 is possessed in her file but it is not annexed. Let copies of recent roznama be filed on the next date. The Satish Sangar 1/2
