Learned counsel for applicants state that in this case the investigation was over and charge-sheet was filed. The case is pending before the Special Court. The applicant has preferred an application for discharge and it is rejected. She submitted that applicants want to challenge that order passed by the Special Court rejecting the application for discharge. Learned counsel seeks withdrawal of this application. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn.
