On the last occasion, we had stood over the matter to enable the parties to have their Consent Terms presented to The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, to have the litigation pending in that Court disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Today, we are informed, that the parties have filed Consent Terms before the Learned Family Court, at Bandra, Mumbai and the proceedings ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL before the said Court stand disposed of.

Both parties inform us that the Consent Terms have been fully complied with, and seek a quashing of the First Information Report No. 672 of 2021 registered with the MHB Colony Police Station and 1/2

26-apl-561-2024.doc the charge-sheet in C.C. No. 609/PW/23 pending before the learned 68th Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Borivali. 3.

Since the matter evidently is a matrimonial dispute and the parties have resolved their disputes in terms of the Consent Terms filed before the learned Family Court, taking on record the statements of the parties who are present in Court, by consent, the aforesaid criminal proceedings are hereby quashed. Ordered accordingly.

We dispose of the Application in the aforesaid terms. However, considering the nature of the facts and circumstances that have transpired so far, we place this matter for reporting compliance before the Regular Bench on 20th June 2024.
