Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will file a fresh bail application before the learned Sessions Court which can be decided on merits within a stipulated time, for which duration the ad-interim relief granted by this Court dated 30.04.2024 can be continued.

The default bail granted to the applicant came to be cancelled by the learned Magistrate by the order dated 16.02.2024. The matter is now reported to have being committed to the Sessions Court considering which it would Ganesh Lokhande
37-APL-564-2024.doc be appropriate to the applicant to file application for bail before learned Sessions Court, which shall be decided on its own merits as cancellation appears to be on technical grounds. 3.
The application is therefore disposed of by permitting the applicant to file application for bail before the learned Sessions Court, which shall be decided on its own merits within a period of four weeks from today.
