Learned APP states that, in this case, the cognizance is taken. Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend for the following purposes :- (a) to annex a copy of the Order taking cognizance; (d) to add the prayer for challenging the Order taking cognizance; and (c) to add the necessary grounds for challenging the Order taking cognizance.

2) Leave to amend for the above purposes, is granted. Amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. After the amendment is carried out, in view of the Order dated 11/09/2025 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3901/2021 and the Order dated 09/09/2025 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.2056/2025, the matter be 1/2

Jayani 07 APL568.2024.doc placed before the appropriate Single Judge Bench of this Court. 3) Office to take steps to place this matter after the amendment, before the appropriate Single Judge Bench of this Court. 4) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the next date before the trial Court is on 14/10/2025 for framing of the charges. 5) The amendment will take some time and therefore, in the interest of justice, the trial Court shall not proceed further in the trial for a period of eight weeks from today.
