1) Investigating Officer is directed to file reply, justifying the indictment of the Applicant in the present crime. This direction is issued in view of the statement made by the Investigating Officer in the Chargesheet that, the Applicant was the landlord of the godown, which was given on rent to the principal accused by executing a Notarized Leave and Licence Agreement dated 25th March 2019, which is annexed at page 90 to Petition. This be done within a period of four weeks from today. 2) Stand over to 19th September 2024.

3) Till the returnable date, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
