C.:- 1) The husband (Applicant No.1), father in law and mother in law (Applicant Nos.2 and 3) of the Respondent No.1 have filed this Application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for quashing of the F.I.R. No.467 of 2023, dated 29th July 2023, registered with Borivali Police Station, Mumbai and to quash the Case No.PW/2605163/2023 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate 26th Court at Bandra, Mumbai, with the consent of Respondent No.1, first informant.

2) Ms.Naik, learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, the Applicants and Respondent No.1 have amicably settled their disputes and differences and the Respondent No.1 has given her consent for quashing of the said crime.

H. C. Shiv spm.apl612.24.doc 3) Mr.Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 submitted that, Respondent No.1 has filed an Affidavit dated 30th April 2024. In the said Affidavit Respondent No.1 has admitted that, she has settled the dispute amicably with the Applicants. She has admitted of filing the Consent Terms before the Family Court at Bandra, in the Petition for divorce by mutual consent. That, she has given her no objection for quashing of crime in question.

3.1) Respondent No.1 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 30th April 2024 and her 'no objection' for quashing the said crime. 5) In view thereof, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
