Learned senior counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to annex copy of the charge-sheet and carry out necessary amendment in the Application. He also seeks leave to mask the name of victim appearing in the F.I.R. and to annex the Applicant's own compilation. Hence the following order :-

Leave is granted is granted to annex copy of the 1/2

Leave is also granted to mask the name of victim wherever it is appearing in the Application including the annexures.

c.

The Applicant is also at liberty to file additional Affidavit in support of the Application.

d.

Amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.

e.

After carrying out the amendment, issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 27th January 2025. 3.

Stand over to 27th January 2025.
