DATE : 27th JUNE 2024 P.C.:- 1) After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to adopt alternate remedy i.e. to file an Application for discharge under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 before the trial Court. 1.1) Leave and liberty granted.
2) At this stage the learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the Applicant is absconding till date.
2.1) In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer of Applicant for granting him interim protection from arrest. 3) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. ( DR.
