The Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to correct the typographical error in prayer clause (b) of the this Application filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The error being the reference to "Mumbai" in the second line. It should, in fact, be read as "Pune". The correction is effected before the Court ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Associate and is taken on record.

The parties, by consent, have moved a praecipe requesting the Vacation Bench for taking up the matter on board, in order to allow this Application as an urgent matter. This Application was essentially 1/3
filed for quashing of C.R No. 108 of 2018 filed with Vimantal Police Station, Pune, dated 12th October 2010 and R.C.C. No. 2566 of 2019 filed before the 12th Joint Civil Judge and J.M.F.C., Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune.

The Learned Counsel for both parties have appeared along with their respective clients today, requesting us to take up the matter today, 29th May 2024, so that the disputes and differences between them that have long been settled, can be put to rest. 4.
We have reviewed the Settlement Deed dated 2nd November 2022 which had reduced to writing the detailed terms and conditions on which the disputes and differences between the parties would be resolved. The Respondent-Wife, namely, Jyoti Ghosh has also appeared in person today and confirms that receipt of various items listed in the Settlement Deed and receipt of payments due, save and except for a residual sum of Rs.3.50 lakhs which, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner-Husband commits to pay upon the matter being disposed of in the Patiala House Court, New Delhi, where the Consent Terms have been filed for approval and confirmation. On a query from this Court, we are informed that the parties expected to complete the formalities before the Patiala House Court, New Delhi, on or around 1st June 2024. 2/3

In this view of the matter, by consent, we permit the C.R. No.108 of 2018 and also proceedings of R.C.C. No. 2566 of 2019 pending before the 12th Joint Civil Judge and J.M.F.C., Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune, to be quashed.

We dispose of the Application in the aforesaid terms. However, considering the nature of the facts and circumstances that have transpired so far, we place this matter for reporting compliance before the Regular Bench on 20th June 2024.
