No.313 of 2020 under Section 354 of IPC registered with Dighi Police Station, District Pune dated 21st July 2020 under . 3) Application is disposed off by reserving remedy of the Applicant to contest R.C.C. No.279 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khadki, Pune.
