The aforesaid application was disposed of vide order dated 24th September 2025. The matter was thereafter kept for compliance of the said order on 17th November 2025, as the applicants were directed to deposit costs of Rs.50,000/- with the Maharashtra Centre Police Welfare Fund.

5-APL-730-2024.doc On 17th November 2025, learned counsel appearing for the applicants sought extension of one week's time to deposit the costs as directed vide order dated 24th September 2025. The applicants were accordingly granted time to deposit the costs within one week, and the matter was kept for compliance on 25th November 2025.

It appears that the costs, as directed vide order dated 24th September 2025, have since been deposited. The document evidencing such payment is tendered. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, no further orders. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
