1) After deliberation, the learned Advocate for the Applicant and Respondent No.1 in presence of their respective parties, made statement that Respondent No.1 may deposit total amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, including Rs.2,00,000/- already deposited towards the order of the suspension of conviction and sentence. The balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/- shall be deposited in two installments i.e. Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 12th September, 2024 and the remaining amount Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 12th October, 2024. 2) Stand over to 12th September, 2024.
