Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 makes a statement that Respondent No.1 will deposit balance amount of Rs.8 Lakhs in four weekly installments. Besides that the Respondent will also deposit Rs.1 Lakh as interest, towards the delay in depositing the entire amount of Rs.18 Lakhs, as directed by the Appellate Court, at the time of suspension of sentence of the Applicant. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

2) The Respondent No.1 shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.8Lakhs and an amount of Rs.1 Lakh as interest, as under: i) Rs. 2 Lakhs on or before 25/11/2024.

ii) Rs. 2 Lakhs on or before 3/12/2024.

iii) Rs. 2 Lakhs on or before 11/12/2024.

iv) Rs. 2 Lakhs on or before 13/12/2024.

v) Rs. 1 Lakh on or before 21/12/2024.
