Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1, on instructions from the Advocate on record-Mr. Arvind Yadav and Respondent No.1, who are present today, made a statement that the Respondent No.1 will deposit the balance amount in the Appellate Court i.e., Rs.8,00,000/- in eight weekly installments and out of it, the Respondent No.1 will deposit Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 10th December, 2024. Further, he made a statement that, as noted in the impugned Order, the Respondent No.1 is ready for final hearing as he is suffering from cancer.
